1. Shipping Times
Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination.
2. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused and in its original packaging.
3. Reporting a Problem
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery to open a dispute.
4. How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number and, for faulty or incorrect items, photos of the issue.
5. Review & Approval
Our team reviews your request, typically within 2–3 business days, and confirms the next step — a return label, replacement, or refund.
6. Refunds & Replacements
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; replacements ship as soon as stock allows.
